Steve I just want to thank-you and the entire Matco Team for your outstanding efforts in helping us move to Canmore last week. The excellent service started with Marie in obtaining packing materials and answering my questions. The crew of Walter, Steve and Reggie put in a very long day on Wednesday without complaint, they stayed as focused, polite and worked as hard as any crew I have watched struggle through a long 14.5 hour day. A very solid effort by all three!!!
Matco's response to the problem of the overflow was excellent, you arrived quickly Thursday with Tim and his helper (I must apologize I have forgotten this fellow's name) to remove the items thereby allowing Beth and I to complete our house cleaning on time and vacate in accordance with our sales agreement. Matco then accommodated our schedule once again by having Tim and Reagan deliver the items early Friday morning, in addition to delivering the items they even rearranged a few furniture pieces from where we originally placed them on the Wednesday. Again the friendliness and the work commitment of Tim and his crew(s) were second to none. An excellent team response to an unfortunate mix-up.
Finally the invoice was exactly as you had indicated no surprises. Additionally Matco absorbing all of the costs of delivering the overflow demonstrates your company's professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction, I want to thank you and the entire Matco team, a job well done!!!

The Matco Moving Experience...

Bill and I would like you to know that we were more than pleased with our "Matco moving experience". Your employees were at our door on time and went right to work. We've noticed no damage to our furniture and I tried out the elliptical machine yesterday, It worked like a charm.
We won't hesitate to recommend Matco to our friends.

Great Enthusiasm and Professionalism

My wife and I are currently in the process of moving from Edmonton. ABto Schinveld, in the Netherlands. Part of our move has involved the packing and loading of our furniture and effects for both storage and for transport to the Netherlands, and I am writing you this short note to highlight some terrific work performed by employees of Matco Transportation Systems In support of this phase of our move.
Over four days of packing and loading, Gilbert and Mike supervised all activities related to the move with great skill and care. They were joined by a numberof well-motivated and hard-working assistants, including Beau, Bert, Dave. Fergus and Greg for a singleday each. Cecile and Kurt performed much or mostof the"crubbling", working extremely hard each day over several days, and Andrew joined us on the final day for the final, heavy lifting and the actual delivery of the container. Mike got us off to an outstanding start on days one and two, and Gilbert stayed with us throughout, packing all the china and kitchen supplies personally with exceptional results.
Throughout, this team of professionals was courteous, accommodating, cheerful and helpful. In short, for us it was a real pleasure to have this team handle this important part of our move, and we would like to make sure that you are well aware of their superb efforts. In particular, I should like to recognize the exemplary performance of the team-leaders. Mike and Gilbert - they represented your company with great enthusiasm and professionalism and it was a real pleasure to meet them!
